5 Betting Rules

Match Cancelled or Postponed

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BA444 Gate. Violations may result in account termination and legal action:

• Match Fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of a match or event's outcome.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or false information.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Hacking or Technical Exploits: Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using Another Person's Account: Accessing or using someone else's account.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

BA444 Gate may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• KYC verification not completed.
• Extended account inactivity (over 12 months).
• User's own request.

To close your account, email support@ba444gate.app or let us know via live chat. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

Inactive Account Policy

Accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 months will be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. Contact support to reactivate your account.

8 Limitation of Liability
